There could be a few reasons:
- You have not set up click tracking links for your CPI and CPE offers.
- You have set up click tracking links for your CPI and CPE offers but have not passed the tracking link test.
- When you update the click tracking link for your CPI or CPE offers, you need to pass the tracking link test again.
- The offer’s go-live date is still in the future
2. What does the offer status “running” mean?
- It means that we are at the offer start date and the offer is live.
3. What does the offer status “stopped” mean?
- The offer has been stopped manually.
- The offer has reached its end date.
4. What does “over cap” mean?
- There is a budget cap set for a certain period, so over cap means that the budget for this period has been spent.
How do I restart the offer in this situation?
Raise the offer’s overall budget OR update the budget effective date – so that the budget is greater than the total usage.
5. What does “over daily cap” mean?
- There is a daily budget cap, so this means that the budget for the day has been used up.
How do I restart the offer in this situation?
① The offer will reopen automatically at 00:00 the following day.
② Raise the daily budget to ensure the budget is greater than daily usage.
