    2、推进基于Docker/K8S的业务容器化改造和使用;
    3、基于AWS、阿里云、华为云等公有云实现运维自动化相关工作;
    4、评估系统性能参数,并进行深度的性能调优;
    5、新技术的调研和推广;

    Requirements:

    任职要求:
    1、大专/本科以上学历,5年以上系统运维经验,具备移动互联网项目维护经验,有广告业务维护经验者优先;
    2、熟悉Docker、K8S、hlem、容器CI/CD 等技术,对于业务容器化改造有实践经验;
    3、熟练掌握Python/Golang 任何一门开发语言,具备运维工具或运维平台开发经验;
    4、深入理解linux操作系统,网络等知识;
    5、熟悉常见开源监控系统,如Zabbix/open-falcon/influxdb/prometheus等平台;
    6、具备AWS、阿里云等公有云平台运维经验优先;

    Responsibilities:

    工作职责:
    1、负责海内外程序化广告投放的创意策划、设计、制作,包括:素材的收集、处理,图片/视频的设计、编辑和制作;
    2、根据不同媒体的展现特点与媒体特性完成创意的制作,包括信息流媒体与游戏等;
    3、分析了解客户产品的设计目的与卖点,参与制定产品推广策略,提出正确的创意策略,实现优秀精致的创意表现;
    4、与相关部门人员保持良好的沟通,确保作品的构成符合策略及创意标准 ;
    5、具备广告策略思维,有实力参与策划方案的创意构思。

    Requirements:

    任职要求:
    1、三年或以上相关视频制作经验,熟练使用PS、AE、PR等设计软件;
    2、具备较好的美术基础,对视频的镜头、节奏、色彩、画面、创意等有较好的把握;
    3、对国内外游戏行业有浓厚兴趣,会主动研究探索;
    4、了解并熟悉广告投放及渠道特性。
    5、游戏爱好者及有过facebook/ADW投放设计经验者优先。

    Responsibilities:
    • Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to sales plan through a deep understanding of Mintegral’s products and ad inventory.
    • You will interface, negotiate and develop high-impact relationships with mobile game & app developers to build business partnerships and support company growth.
    • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients; ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver business objectives
    • Structure and direct the entire sales process from account identification to close.
    • Support communication with in-bound leads of varying sizes and contribute towards on-going development of lead-qualification process.
    • Manage multiple business initiatives in a start-up environment
    • Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Marketing team to ensure compliance and resolve sales-related issues.
    • Conduct industry research for competition benchmarking and to identify new market trends and opportunities
    • Represent Mintegral at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients.
    Requirements:
    • BS/BA required, degree in business, marketing, or related field
    • Passionate about mobile games
    • 3 years minimum related to mobile/online advertising experience
    • At least 3 years working with mobile app developers is a plus
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Knowledge of the mobile advertising ecosystem and SDKs
    • Ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply them
    • Self-organized and proactive with attention to detail.
    • Data driven mindset and the ability to analyze data for proposals and negotiation
    • Thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment and ability to perform under stress
    • Familiar with Salesforce, MS Excel, Google Suite
    • 10-30% traveling required

    Responsibilities:
    1. Build strong relationships with direct advertisers and publishers in SEAmarket and become a trusted adviser to key decision makers.
    2. Manage a pipeline of accounts and hit quarterly sales targets both on supply and demand business.
    3. Take a consultative approach to understanding clients’ needs while providing customized solutions and market insights.
    4. Work with internal teams—Account management, PR, Legal, Product, and Engineering—to enrich and maintain strong knowledge of internal products.
    5. Represent Mintegral at industry events and conferences
    6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
    Requirements:

    1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

    2.1~3 years’ experience in advertising, digital marketing, monetizing, consulting

    3.Fluent in English

    4. Successful track record in directly exploring a new business opportunity, maintaining client relationships, or efficient teamwork coordinating.

    5.Ability to learn new concepts fast and sense the latest market trends.

    6.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and ability to bring direct results.

    7.Proven interest in interpersonal communication, passionate about enriching industry knowledge, and developing a wider connection network in the industry.
