    Business Development Manager

    Responsibilities:

    1. Build strong relationships with direct advertisers and publishers in EMEA market and become a trusted adviser to key decision makers.

    2. Manage a pipeline of accounts and hit quarterly sales targets both on supply and demand business.

    3. Take a consultative approach to understanding clients’ needs while providing customized solutions and market insights.

    4. Work with internal teams—Account management, PR, Legal, Product, and Engineering—to enrich and maintain strong knowledge on internal products.

    5.Represent Mintegral at industry events and conferences

    6. Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    1.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

    2.1~3 years’ experience in advertising, digital marketing, apps monetization and/or consulting.

    3. Fluent in English – any additional European languages will be a plus.

    4.Successful track record in directly exploring a new business opportunity, maintaining client

    relationships and efficient teamwork coordinating.

    5.Ability to learn new concepts fast and sense the latest market trends.

    6.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and ability to bring direct

    results.

    7.Proven interest in interpersonal communication, passionate about enriching industry

    knowledge, and developing a wider connection network in the industry.
