- Education: Bachelor's degree from top university or a QS Top 100 institution. A background in foundational disciplines such as Architecture, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or Computer Science is preferred.
- Strong Learning Ability & Self-Drive: Demonstrated by a stellar academic record and/or significant personal/open-source project contributions that prove your ability to learn new concepts rapidly.

- End-to-End Algorithm Ownership: Take charge of the entire algorithm lifecycle, from problem definition and solution design to experimental validation and live deployment.

- Data-Driven Optimization & Innovation: Continuously enhance the monetization efficiency and user experience of our advertising system through sophisticated data analysis and algorithmic innovation, focusing on model inference performance and monitoring systems.

- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on, frontline experience in a relevant field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from a top university or a QS Top 100 institution. A background in foundational disciplines (Architecture, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Science) is preferred.
- Solid Foundation: Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Java, Go, Python, C++), with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and networking.
- Proven Track Record: Experience with large-scale, successful projects is a strong plus, particularly in a technical leadership or core contributor capacity.
- Cutting-Edge Knowledge: Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, with practical experience in leading-edge technologies such as Cloud Computing, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- Systematic Thinking: Proven experience in holistically optimizing advertising systems, with the ability to analyze the role and optimization goals of each module from a data-cycle perspective.
- ML/Modeling Expertise: 3+ years of practical experience with sample spaces, feature design, and model architecture. Background in generative recommendation/LLMs is highly preferred.
- RTB Expertise: Hands-on experience with RTB strategy (e.g., cold start, budget pacing, model calibration, bidding strategies) is a significant advantage.

- You will interface, negotiate and develop high-impact relationships with advertisers to build business partnerships and support company growth.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients; ensure continuing relationships and an effective flow of information to deliver business objectives.
- Structure and direct the entire sales process from account identification to closing.
- Support communication with in-bound leads of varying sizes and contribute towards on-going development of lead-qualification process.
- Manage multiple business initiatives in a start-up environment
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Marketing team to ensure compliance and resolve sales-related issues.
- Conduct industry research for competition benchmarking and to identify new market trends and opportunities
- Represent Mintegral at industry events, trade shows and meetings with partners & potential clients.
- BS/BA required, degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years minimum related to mobile/online advertising, mobile/online advertising, martech, adtech experience
- At least 2 years working with mobile app developers is a plus.
