Where can I find the APP KEY?

Can I create the account if app has not been listed on app store?
Yes. Please set the app status as “Not Live” at first. Then remember to edit this status as “Live” and to add the app link when it goes online in future. For example:

Could applications which are not listed on Google App store be monetized at Mintegral?
Yes. However please choose the SDK version for offline GP apps. (You can set at integration guide.)
Could applications which are listed on the Chinese Android store be monetized at Mintegral?
Firstly, we recommend you to refer to the cooperation agreement with the Android stores. Some Android stores require you to use the exclusive SDK provided by them. In this case, we hope that you will consider it carefully to avoid loss due to violations of store policies. However, some Android stores may allow to use other external advertising SDK. In this case, it’s fine to monetize at Mintegral.
When creating an app account, do I need to contain letters of “id” at APPID (Bundle ID)?
If it is an APP on iOS, the letters of “id” must be included when you fill out APPID (Bundle ID).
What is the difference between Placement and Unit?
Placement refers to different advertising scenarios. For example, the button of “double credit” is a placement; the interstitial ad appeared when you pass a round is another placement. While Unit refers to stratification of the same scenario or the same water-fall. For example, a placement of “double credit” may have multiple units, where each unit refers to different ad price.
How to set the price by ourselves?
  1. Please contact your AM or email to developer@mintegral.com to enable the access for setting price if you are not able to find the price function. Then you could set up as below guide.
  2. Please kindly note that:
    1) It will take around 3 days for the system to learn and scale up, so low fill might be expected during the first few days.
    2) The prices will be effective 1 hour later after you set up the prices on Mintegral dashboard,please send us your traffic after that.

How to set the price floors reasonably?
  1. China and US: 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40
  2. Japan, Korea and Europe: 3-5-10-15-20-25-30
  3. Southeast Asia, Latin America and others: 0.1-0.5-1-2-3-4-5
  4. If the magnitude is comparatively small, you could divide into 2-3 layers to set price.
How to get access to portal data through API tools?

How to check on ad formats?
You could have a try and check via test ID which we offered.
Could Mintegral support to integrate Native ads? Why could I choose Native at portal?
  1. Mintegral supports Native ads, and you can choose Native H5 on default. If any specific format couldn't be found at portal, please contact your AM or email to developer@mintegral.com with related application link in app store. We will help on accordingly.
  2. It's strongly recommended that you could use these available formats at portal.
Why couldn’t I find the preferred ad formats?
  1. Mintegral provides various Ads formats including Interstitial video, rewarded video, native, banner etc., meanwhile we will continue to optimize in advance.
  2. Please pay attention that you could slide the option menu here to check on what formats you would like to integrate then.
  3. If you cannot find the format you would like to integrate, please contact your AM or email to developer@mintegral.com

Could the individual monetize at Mintegral? Or only the legal entity?
Not required. Both the legal entity and the natural individual/person can monetize at Mintegral.
Who should I contact if I have technical problems during integrating and what can I do?
It’s easy to integrate with Mintegral’s SDK, and it could be done in 1-2 hours with skilled technology. If you need to integrate via ironSource, MoPub, Max and other mediation platforms, we can directly integrate and configure the parameters through the related platform. In case of integration problems, please kindly check our integration guide book. If you cannot find any solution in our guide book, please reach us at developer@mintegral.com, and we will help on accordingly.
Does Mintegral need to review the account before going alive?
Mintegral: You could directly launch the application after integration, and we do not need to make any review separately. However, Mintegral will regularly conduct flow assessment. If it is found fraudulent flow, it will be strictly handled and cleared according to MINTEGRAL PUBLISHER TERMS OF SERVICE.
Does Mintegral have any requirement for DAU?
Mintegral has no special requirement on DAU. However, it would be better to be at least 100K requests to facilitate algorithm learning to optimize revenue in advance.
Could H5 traffic be monetized at Mintegral?
Yes. You need to send the application email on JS integration to developer@mintegral.com. The content should include the daily impression of H5, the ads formats you want to integrate, the H5 pre-review link, and whether it is feasible for returning device number.
Could PC traffic be monetized at Mintegral?
At current stage Mintegral does support PC traffic monetization. Mintegral is mainly focused on mobile monetization.
How to set up test mode?
Mintegral could not provide test mode now, but we can provide test ID if needed.

Do I need to apply for activating formal ads additionally after integration test?
No need for other procedure. Every ad displaying during the test is true and valid. After integration test, you may start to receive effective advertising content by default and will gradually generate advertising revenue.
Why did the revenue still show 0 since there were impressions and clicks?
  1. If your price floor has been set, the ECPM will available after the daily impression reaches at 1000 in one GEO/region.
  2. If you are not enabled to set price floor, please contact your AM or email to developer@mintegral.com to enable the access.
Why did the impressions or fill-rates perform low?
  1. Please make sure the integration is set well, including mediations. (Please check on “Integration Guide” for more solutions.)
  2. Please make sure your requests to Mintegral SDK are adequate.
  3. Please make sure your price floor is set reasonably. (Please refer to “Why did my revenue perform low?” on price floor issue.)
  4. Please wait patiently for 2-3 days without above problem. Our AI technology need to accumulate adequate data to optimize and provide suitable ads.
  5. Please contact your AM or email to developer@mintegral.com if there is still problems.
Why did the ecpm perform low? Any Solution?
  1. Please make sure the price floor has been set appropriately. (If you have problems with setting, please check “how to set price floor”)
  2. Please make sure there are adequate impressions. (It’s better to reach at 1000 impressions per day and per GEO/region.)
Why did the revenue perform low? Any Solution?
  1. Please lower price floor.
  2. Please add more price floors on Mintegral.
  3. Given that Mintegral provides global inventory, ecpm will be affected differently by various GEOs/region and ad formats.
  4. If your revenue on other platforms has distinct difference between it on Mintegral, we suggest that you should contact with your AM or mail to developer@mintegral.com for further help.
How does Mintergral share the revenue?
Like most other advertising platforms, the revenue you saw at Mintegral’s portal is 100% shared.

How to set Mintegral’s In-App Bidding function?
  1. Please contact your AM or send an email to developer@mintegral.com to enable this function.
  2. Please make sure that the monetization solution you are using could support Mintegral’s in-app bidding function (Most mainstream mediation platforms can support Mintegral’s in-app bidding now.)
  3. Then you can select the bidding type when creating an unit after the function is enable.

How is Mintegral billing mode?
Mintegral: For advertising monetization, Mintegral's payment is based on real-time dynamic ecpm billing. ECPM (effective cost per mile) refers to the advertising revenue that can be obtained per thousand impressions. The Ecpm price fluctuates in real time. (If there’s no price floor settings, or less than 1000 impression per day per geo, ECPM could be $0). And it is mainly influenced by budget and users’ quality of the day.
How to apply for the payment?
Please make sure to fill in all the account info. and payment info at “Account – Qualification and Payment Info” page. After submitting, publishers can withdraw the revenue from previous months.

How can I get the payment and how long to process?
  1. Please refer to the Article 3. Payments, Taxes and Costs of MINTEGRAL PUBLISHER TERMS OF SERVICE (https://static.mintegral.com/document/term) and the “Payment Instructions” on the page of qualifications and financial information under the account management module. Please note that if the amount received is less than 1000 US dollars, we recommend that you accumulate the payment together in the next month. If you insist on continuing to receive the payment, the handling fees for bilateral bank transactions are borne by you by default.
  2. We shall pay within 30 calendar days after receiving correct invoice from Partner. Please refer to MINTEGRAL PUBLISHER TERMS OF SERVICE (https://static.mintegral.com/document/term) for detailed payment issues.
  3. Then you can select the bidding type when creating an unit after the function is enable.
Could Mintegral process invoicing and monthly payment automatically?
There is no need for invoices for USD settlement, please simply submit the withdraw request on the payment info page, our finance will process the request once they receive the application. If you have any question, please contact with your AM or email to developer@mintegral.com.
Why should publishers have to upload company certifications at portal?
  1. According to Hong Kong’s regulations on listed companies, we need to verify and confirm the business qualifications and background of each partner. Sincerely appreciate your cooperation and please upload the photo or scanned copy of company business license or certificate of incorporation in time to ensure following cooperation and payment.
  2. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. In some special cases which you might not provide certifications or business license, please email to developer@mintegral.com to clarify. We will seek for opinion from legal team on supporting documents case by case.
Why did I fail to uploading my business certifications at portal?
  1. Please kindly pay attention to profile format and suffix. Make sure that suffix letters are lower cases, like “.pdf”.
  2. Please make sure your profile is within requirements of upload size.
  3. If the above meets the requirements, but still failed to upload, please email to developer@mintegral.com
How to renew or change the payment information?
  1. Please log into your account and download “Letter of Notice” via “Account” -> “Qualification and Payment Info”.
  2. Please complete “Letter of Notice” with signature and seal, and send email to developer@mintegral.com with the original and renew information in the email content.
  3. Please wait patiently for about 12 working days to finish modification, and AM will reply on to confirm. During this period, payment won’t be processed until your renewal payment information going available then.
Why I couldn’t log into my account?
  1. Please check on whether your account id and password are valid and correct. If you could not remember password, please reset it as required.
  2. Please check your mailbox. If you received an ad placement review notification e-mail from account@mintegral.com, you will need to reply this e-mail with all the required information within 5 work days or your account will be blocked.
  3. Please contact your AM or email to developer@mintegral.com if there is still a problem on logging in.
Can you authorize multiple mailboxes to log into the same account or to have different permissions?
We are afraid that we could not support this feature at present. Each account can be logged in via one email address only. We will gradually optimize and increase this function in advance.
